1. Conclusion of Contract and Delivery of Goods

1.1 Contracts via www.hey-honey.com are concluded in German or English. You can select your preferred language via the language selection in the website header or in your customer account settings. When ordering Hey Honey items, your contractual partner is Warrior GmbH, Dorfstraße 7, 21398 Neetze.

1.2 By clicking the button "buy now", "buy" or "complete payment", you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that delivery will only take place after full payment has been received. We ask you to transfer the purchase price immediately, but no later than within 7 days of receiving the confirmation.

1.3 You agree to the assignment of the seller's payment claims to third parties, in particular to Warrior GmbH.

1.4 If you choose to offset the CO₂ footprint of your order, this option becomes part of the contract. The contribution amount is shown before completing the order.

1.5 Exceptionally, we may not be obliged to deliver if we have properly ordered the goods but were not supplied correctly or on time, are not responsible for the lack of availability, and informed you immediately. In this case, we will reimburse any payments made.

1.6 We do not assume procurement risk, including for goods described only by type or characteristics. We are only obliged to deliver from our stock or from goods ordered from suppliers. Deliveries are made within Germany and, upon request, in Europe or worldwide. Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

1.7 You will be informed of the estimated delivery time on the respective product detail page and prior to placing your order.

2. Prices, Shipping Charges, and Express Shipping

2.1 The prices listed at the time of the order apply. All prices include the applicable German VAT. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

2.2 Shipping costs

  • Germany: Free shipping from €29.90; otherwise €4.90

  • EU: Free shipping from €200; otherwise €6.90

  • UK: €6.90

  • Switzerland: €6.90

  • Rest of the world: €39.49

2.3 We currently do not offer express delivery. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 7–10 business days

  • Non-EU/International: Up to 14–20 business days
    These are approximate estimates and depend on external factors. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation for updates.

2.4 All orders are shipped from Germany. Non-EU orders may incur additional charges, such as customs fees or taxes. These are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Hey Honey Items

3.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without stating any reason. The period begins on the day you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.

3.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify Warrior GmbH, Dorfstraße 7, 21398 Neetze, via email: contact@hey-honey.com with a clear statement (email is sufficient). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

3.3 Goods must be returned promptly and no later than 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached.

3.4 Return fees

  • Germany: €3.95 deducted from your refund

  • Other EU countries, UK, Switzerland: €8 deducted

  • Rest of the world: Return postage at your own expense + €3.95 return processing fee
    Please ensure proper customs declaration; returns with unpaid duties cannot be accepted.

3.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
